"Desesperanza" es una historia de amor y nostalgia inspirada en el bolero "Desesperanza" de María Luisa Escobar e interpretado por Alfredo Sadel. Posee dos actos, conectados por un pasaje, en los que ambas emociones son mezcladas con desenfreno.

En el primer acto, la inocencia y emoción del amor predomina sobre la nostalgia que se muestra sutilmente como un recuerdo de que nada es eterno.

El pasaje transisiona la despedida del amor en primer plano, y la entrada del recuerdo (nostalgia), que pasa a ser el sentimiento que lidera el segundo acto, dando espacio a la reflexión sobre el amor como sentimiento etéreo y sempiterno.

"Desesperanza" is a story of love and nostalgia inspired by the bolero "Desesperanza" by María Luisa Escobar and performed by Alfredo Sadel. It has two acts, connected by a passage, in which both emotions are mixed with abandon.

In the first act, the innocence and emotion of love predominate over the nostalgia that subtly shows itself as a reminder that nothing is eternal.

The passage transitions from the farewell to love in the foreground, and the entry of memory (nostalgia), which becomes the feeling that leads the second act, giving space to reflection on love as an ethereal and everlasting feeling.
